A Service Remembering Jack Bowers
Thursday, June 28th @ 10:00am (in the Church Hall).
You are invited to share Coffee & Conversation (a part of church that Jack loved) with his family. We will have a brief time of Prayer, and then a light lunch will be provided. Thank you.

The worship service has been CANCELLED, because our parking lot will be full!
This is one of the church's main fundraisers of the year, and we don't want to miss it. Sign up sheet in the church hall.
Please be reminded of worship services at Gilmore Park United (10:30am) and South Arm United (10:00am).

July 1st - Canada Day - Parking Attendants Needed
Your help is needed!!
Each year Steveston United Church has a fundraiser on Canada Day, Sunday July 1st. We rent our parking spaces around the church to those who want to see the Canada Day Parade and join in the festivities. Please volunteer for a shift.
Sign up sheet in the Hall. We need:
Noon - 3:00pm                still needs more help!

3:00pm - 5:00pm            still needs more help!
Please come and help. Contact Bill Taylor and volunteer for a shift.

Christmas Bazaar Support Needed:
We are getting ready for the Xmas Bazaar and are making jams / jellies and pickles. We need your help. We need fruit, dill pickles and 250ml jars OR you can make a cash donation. ALL CASH DONATIONS GLADLY ACCEPTED, ANYTHING OVER $20.00 WILL GET A TAX RECEIPT. The ladies will buy the items with the monies received. As in the past years the jams / jellies and pickles are a big seller at the bazaar. Thank you for helping.

First United Church Current Needs


Library
Our new Library already has several books! The library’s home
will be in the Fireside Room, on the far wall. Margaret Taylor and Peggy are in the process of  planning a “check-out” system. Inspirational donations are still gratefully accepted.
